Judge dismissed claims of collusion between Google and Meta in the “Jedi Blue” [pdf] (opens in new tab)

The title of this is very incorrect. The judge dismissed one claim but allowed all of the others to proceed. Of the four counts, "For the reasons explained, Google’s motion to dismiss is GRANTED as to Count IV and otherwise DENIED."
