He quotes three excerpts from an email exchange in Japanese followed by his "translation" where he leaves out much of the explanation and even the parts where they quote each other so he can demonstrate his claim that in Japanese "you have to say much more than just what is actually necessary."
Does that make it a fact? I don't think so, because I disagree that the explanations he cut out were actually unnecessary.
