Exactly, is hard to get really high memory usage pressure with 32gb and only by running containers with docker for mac latest engine. Sure, it would try grab as many GB as you set in its configuration but you won’t actually get high memory usage unless running something like a dozen of KinD clusters with worker nodes all at the same time

I run Docker for Mac with like 10 MariaDB and Redis containers, no memory issues. I limit Docker to 8GB and see no problems.
