Vice President of Engineering. Which is a fancy way of saying that instead of systems I design Organizations now.

I kind of miss designing systems.

Director of Software Development.

I run a team of ~30 (down from ~45). I'm one level down from the CEO.

senior systems administrator - but really not that fancy, i am only over a small set of systems and even then im not the guy patching, maintaining... more of an application specialist.
