Before signing any legal document, you should have a lawyer read it. If that is not an option, you absolutely
must thoroughly read and understand it yourself, as best you can. Don't sign if any of it seems iffy, or you're unsure what you're on the hook for.
If you're still on the fence, you could go by the reputation of the company. In this case, it's CloudKitchens, which is run by Travis Kalanick. He was the founding CEO of Uber, kicked out for being altogether too nasty.
Cloudkitchens is known to be overly secretive about all aspects of its business, probably because their customers don't benefit from their customers knowing it's all made in a factory. That's probably where the NDA request comes from.
