I wouldn't really say that the nationality is all that important. Just what my prejudices say. CCP tend to stifle opinions they dislike. Russia tends to fund divisiveness in the west. Facebook and US companies in general do whatever makes them money entirely devoid of any moral compass. Google sometimes can be gamed due to either carelessness or ineptitude.
