Ask HN: Best OBS Screen Capture Settings

Hello, can anyone recommend the best OBS settings for: - 25-30 FPS and 1080p - I don't mind waiting for encoding if it means I can achieve better visual quality - I don't care about file size - I am looking for smoothness (I don't mind compromising on FPS), I am also looking for very good quality and text readability

(I have an i3-8130U with a UHD 620 I-GPU, 8 GB of ram), I am aware these specs are very hard to work with for my use case, I am asking for the best possible settings for my specifications

My use case is about 60% 2D Plain GUI's, 30% text on screen, the rest is simple CSS animations and maybe some captures of video.
