Was working 5 minutes ago, and now it indicates "This paper has been removed from SSRN at the request of the author, SSRN, or the rights holder."

Maybe just delete this and resubmit it, if the link isn't right? Although it does seem a little difficult to link to, because it looks like it's only available in full as a PDF
