Very interesting project. It takes a utility-first approach, but entirely within SASS — and it's incredibly configurable. It can also be used in multiple ways. For example, you can "extract components" in a very efficient way using the @apply mixin; with one string of utility class names you generate everything: pseudo class variants, responsive variants, etc.
