Is there an easy fix to get the data off the drive? It worked on a mac and a pc, but now when I insert into my computer, it comes up with a "This drive needs to be formatted" message.

I've tried a whole bunch of programs and none of them worked. The HP File Recovery, Pandora Recovery, PC Inspector, and Recuva.

Which program(s) do GeekSquad or other data retrieval companies use to access? Or should I bring the USB drive to them and get charged an arm-and-a-leg?

Maybe you know of a good program that assisted you in retrieving data of a USB drive? Maybe a friend? Can you tweet this to your twitter or post this to your Facebook? Thanks.
