Is your primary differentiator to existing Rust CLI HTTP clients like https://github.com/ducaale/xh that it does not have any dependencies?

No, the fact that it doesn't have any dependencies is more of a personal challenge than anything. I don't have any main competitive goal in mind other than to make something that feels nice to use.
