Man, if the picture in the article is the office they want to return to, good luck. Looks to be a bunch of companies rammed together in pathetically small spaces. It looks great, but outside of a sales or trading environment it would be hell on earth.
How about, y’know, doors, walls, real desks, bookcases/files and some kind of sound insulation. Let the traders live in mayhem, or the marketeers but if you want to people to sit and think or debug, this isn’t it.
