Just wanted to give a shout out for Bitwarden. They have a fantastic TOTP 2FA as part of their premium solution (which is really just $10 per year)

Agreed, and if like to second the *fuck SMS 2FA" stance. I've been locked out of my bank while abroad because I couldn't receive SMS.
