Yeah it’s your usual “hire a bunch of underpaid and under skilled-for-the-job” “engineers” at the beginning of your startup that write piles of crap code that then become knowledge pullers of the business. When if you paid good money in the first place you wouldn’t need that knowledge in the first place.
