What's the meaning of this negative commentary? Is HE known to be at the bottom? I have been using their DNS services for a decade and don't think I've ever experienced a problem. In fact I am impressed at what they offer for free.

They do indeed provide some excellent quality services to the public, without asking any payment in return. I love their BGP tools, among many others.

Same here! Very happy with their free service, and they do support 2FA.

UI is minimal and gets everything done

Yeah, same here. I've used HE tunnels and DNS for close to a decade myself and have zero complaints about the free public service they provide.
