Now I want to switch my career and join MNC. The Problem is here in India they are asking for experience. They will never accept my independent development skills or freelancing works as an experience.
In my resume can I mention as Independent Developer under Work Experience? Is it even allowed? Do they consider?
Anybody else switched career like this before?
What will be the best approach?
How can I move forward ?
