Ask HN: How can tech startups help Ukraine?

We're a small startup and want to help. We have cloud resources and experience in virtual networking. We're looking for the best way to contribute. Ideas so far are to provide hosting for the following:

- Socks5 proxies - TOR bridges - Signal proxies - WireGuard / VPN servers - Misc tools (file sharing services, compression, etc)

Any other ideas for things that could be materially useful? Keep in mind we don't have a huge budget, just cloud resources and in-house experience.
