Canada should help those who just spent a month occupying Ottawa and closing the border to go to Ukraine. Their “fight for freedom” should resonate well and it’s far more significant than “I don’t like needles”.
If you don’t like the needles comment, how about “I don’t give a shit about others”, or “I hate being inconvenienced”, or “money is more valuable than lives”. But then, these alternatives are less likely to give a shit about Ukraine, either.
I've seen Zelenskyys call for the equivalent of a foreign legion. If you have training how do you actually get there, Krakow and a bus? Is there a checklist to ensure you're more of an asset than a liability?
