EDIT: Do'h, this is just a synchronized chalkboard. No programming fun, then :(.
I'd love to play some IF with "real life" like input, as if I was writting in cursive.
With an e-ink display those games would last months without a power charge...
Handwriting recognition would be a nice feature and could even enable direct messages between the two players!

I disagree - there was plenty of programming fun! My C/C++ was a little rusty and I enjoyed getting the hang of it again. Working so close to the hardware is such a different mindset from my other recent projects, there was so much to learn and I found it very rewarding!
I also just found out that tinygo supports this SoC and even has a driver for the ILI9341!

No idea what IF is in this context :/ Interactive Fiction? Input File? International Fleet? Intermittent Fasting?
> With an e-ink display those games would last months without a power charge...
True, but e-ink would not be suitable for the collaborative drawing (or 'synchronized chalkboard' as you called it)
As for an interpreter:

OFC, games could come from the IF Archive. Zork I..III can be played as ZDungeon with almost the same content. But I prefer Anchorhead, Spider and Web...
