Most likely it would actually cost you, at lot of the pricing data from different insurance companies in the US, is proprietary, and basically have to pay or have some sort of agreement with the insurance company (This can be anything from service restrictions, to paying for training) to publish the data in any way shape or form. Even then with program/systems with that purchasing companies are more interesting in companies that can keep the data updated, which often has changes monthly, and the structure can widely varying depending even practice type... Therapies codes/prices have a lot more modifiers than say a general physicians off who orders blood work and bills for usually only one/two types of appointments and doesn't have things like setting "Group, Clinical, Natural (For Therapies as example)"
