I've been in Weinsteins Discord community in the past around the time where he told his brothers story on his podcast. My impression was that he doesn't (didn't) progress his narrative either. He has been unwilling to make any falsifiable claims about his physics theories, when asked about details to verify stories about his past exploits he provided non answers while still telling everyone to continue "slipping the disc" (short for resisting the distributed idea suppression complex). The IDW (loose group of conservative and centrist podcasters and YouTube personalities "who challenge institutional narratives") is a concept he named. The IDWs members tended to promote anti US Democrat party ideas and did spread conspiracy stories which ultimately harmed liberal causes. Not sure what to think of him now. His brother has been up to some one-sided and misleading CoViD vaccine and CoViD intervention criticism on his own podcast though.
