When incorporating a C-corp, should the Partner Agrement contain the details about the share splitting with all their terms about vesting and others? I found a template online having no such details and I wonder if it should or not.

I know comments should be helpful and constructive, but in the long term it's best to remind you that Hacker News is neither your lawyer nor your business partner.
Agree. I just want to know from a founder what was his/her approach. Knowing that "it is possible" is enough to encourage one to do further research and eventually hire a lawyer. Better than hiring one first for no reason.
