Basically title. I got rid of my copy of Rosen's book after undgergrad but am not keen on enduring it again. However, I'm also in need to reflect and refresh on the topics discussed therein. Thank you.

The Susanna Epp book.

That's for the 2nd edition, which is what I have. There are 3rd and 4th editions out now. There may be cheaper used copies available, I didn't spend a lot of time searching.
