I was just thinking all these companies brag their employees are THE BEST, and you should want to work with/for them as you then become part of THE BEST. I was going to refer to LinkedIn , then realized the article IS from Linkedin.

So teams will just need to be 10x as big because 1 10x engineer = 10 1x engineers, right?

No, companies need to train and retain people. If you can't find (10X enginneers|some necessary widget), make (them|it) yourself.
