Ditto. I'm on laptop and my Pixel 5. Error R013 for the past 40 minutes when trying to checkout the unlocked version.

Finally got to "Place order" but then "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR_PCVH_01] OR_PCVH_01" sigh
