This was the same tactic used by US media during Trump presidency when the camps where actually running for years under the same conditions with billions of dollars of funding. And somehow you don’t hear about these things anymore even though the same camps practically exist under the same conditions. Not to say many refugees/economic migrants essentially use cartels and risk their lives, being in detention camps is least of their worry and they know they will be in detention camps.
