Ask HN: Bugtracking system that integrates with Pivotal Tracker & Zendesk?

Hi HN,

We're using Pivotal Tracker and Zendesk. Now we want a bugtracking system. It should integrate with Pivotal Tracker and Zendesk. The following would be nice:

- Submit bugs by email - Browser plugin for making screenshots & submitting them - If possible, send all kinds of data about the user's system when submitting the bug (like OS/browser, etc.)

What do you use?
