Is this what is causing the issues with Stripe and other sites?

Seems like many more services got affected including Doordash and Headspace https://downdetector.com/status/aws-amazon-web-services/

Completely broke our service ECR pulls were broken, ingresses didn't respond properly. Surprised not much noise was raised (Mainly based on eu-west-1)
