Just for the sake of curiosity, what do you think it would take for your addon to be ported to work also on Android?

Afaik firefox mobile only allows a small number of whitelisted extensions.

there is a way¹ to install other addon (if you use firefox nightly) but it is downright user-hostile.

Not mine, so I haven't looked at it closely. In general, however, I think there are many more addons that could work, and should work on Android.
