I may be misunderstanding your meaning, but I think you mean that half of the country does not like Biden, and Biden is
requiring everyone to get the vaccine?
Is that happening? I cannot find any federal law of any kind (let alone stemming from the oval office) requiring individuals to get the vaccine.
