No. I have thought about this. Maybe for things I don't want to badge as work. It's interesting to put ideas out there but there is also an implied arrogance anyone would want to read. Work socialises the writing and it's purposeful so less "ego" drive driven but I'd be lying if I said blogging for work was ego free.

I'm also much more aware now about the commitment. Willing readers deserve regular content. That's effort. I've learned it pays to bank writing for the bad days when you're blocked. Building a bank takes time.
