Curious as to what survey platforms people are using to gather feedback. Doesn't have to be specific to NPS, but how are people collecting quantitative results from their user base and why did they pick that tool?

Pros: - segment.io integration - fair pricing - multi-language support - easy to use - email reminders

We started using it for NPS and then gave other surveys a try, can totally recommend!
