Okay, maybe I wasn't clear enough. If you click the "how" button[0] there's a lot of things to fill in here that are labeled as mandatory, including the camera view. This is cumbersome. It would be nice to be integrated into an app and fill in a lot of this stuff for you. Additionally, I looked at two of the three open sourced OSM apps for Android (via your link) and found that neither of them will display this data nor do they look like you are able to add this data. My comment was saying "make it easy for users to add data if you want to collect data." So I'm not sure how your response answers my question. If there is a specific app with this integration in it, please link the specific app. But don't just leave a generic comment that contributes nothing to the conversation and just wastes peoples time.

I've seen that map before. Re-checked it now. It's hopelessly outdated/incomplete. My few thoughts about that at the times were: What about all the cameras in shops? In public transportation and stations?

Now there are even more cameras, for instance on top of the traffic lights of streets where buses drive.

What is the goal of that map? What would be the goal if it were complete? Should I protest? Slingshot/Laserpoint them? Making detours around them? What if a cluster of them popped up near a literal hotspot where some assholes set cars and market stands on fire?

Who are quite an awesome (German) hosting company, IMO
