I just clicked "view all replies" 3 times, and never got shown more than an additional 5, then got a pop-up that I'm assuming was supposed to tell me how much better the app experience is (for the 3rd time), but it never actually populated, and just blocked half the screen.
It's amazing to me that a relatively benign ux change/"upgrade" was the determining factor in digg v reddit, and yet reddit seems determined to make their site as unusable as possible.
You'd think reddit would understand how easy it can be to trigger a mass user exodus. Especially since their success can probably be explained more by digg's downfall than any proactive actions on their part.
