I didn't install the plugin, so I could be off on it's purpose (readme is lacking info), but I'm pretty sure you can already do this: https://hn.algolia.com/?dateRange=all&page=0&prefix=false&qu... (optionally filter by date range)

This plugin adds controls to a hacker news page that you can use to browse comments in order.
