Is it relevant to the job you're hiring for? If not, then is it any of your business?

It does not matter directly. Does a person's capability for well formed thoughts not matter? Is there any subjectivity in the current situation where people do not believe in the virus (and or the vaccine)?

Some people don't believe this virus is the severe danger that it has been sold as.

In some places, at some times, it would've been unthinkable to employ a Catholic, or in others just as unthinkable to employ someone who wasn't. Was there less subjectivity there?

Would you ask an applicant about his HIV status? Other STDs? Other health history and vaccines? Where is the line?

Not exactly apples to apples considering you can’t contract HIV just by being in the same room as someone who has HIV.

If it isn't a remote role then it absolutely should be a factor because it's a matter of safety.

If it is then it's a little more grey, but personally I wouldn't associate them.

Antivaxxers are people who get easily angry/duped from what they read on social media. It is a sign of inexperience.

It would be a big NO for certain roles.
