Is anyone aware of the equivalent of a SAFE contract (Simple Agreement for Future Equity, introduced by Y Combinator) for European countries? Specifically interested in the Netherlands.

Yes, similar contracts are used in the Netherlands. Afaik our (Dutch) lawyer has done deals with SAFE-equivalents.
