Its like choosing to be a water molecule surrounded by 2 billion other water molecules vibrating away in a jar and someone puts a spoon in and throws out a few molecules from here and there.
They claim specific high energy molecules must be targeted to prevent temperature rising in the whole jar, possibly leading to some unpredictable phase transition event such as everything evaporating.
I have no problem with this. I only think it should be random. Once you choose to be a water molecule, why have delusions of control?
