The title is misleading. The AI is floorplanning human-designed logic in 6 hours. Humans are designing the logic, and AI is doing the high-level placement and routing.
It's an important step and a huge time saver, but it's nothing like AI taking in an instruction set specification or examples of input-output pairs and designing logic.
