We should build a small miner/factory that can replicate itself and build up a supply chain on the Moon, and on Mars.

NASA has proven it possible to make Oxygen on Mars, and it should be possible to extract it from the water on the moon.

Powered flight on Titan is a while off, the mission isn't even set to launch till 2026
