This is criminal behavior.
Especially when you consider they raked in more than a half billion dollar profit last year AND received 700 million in federal funds.
They are suing people for massively inflated bills. Their "assistance programs" are also a joke because you need to prove you have been poor for many years, not just recently lost a job or similar.
