I love the idea of a changelog, but that only works well if you're working on a single system for a long period of time - the nature of my work means I'm hopping between systems fairly frequently, so a changelog doesn't quite fit the bill for me. Sounds ideal for your work though - and I really appreciate that twitter thread, great work!
