I was referring to the total number of items in the meal. I rarely eat buttered toast, and fried hash browns are pretty heavy (though tasty, to be sure!). I also haven't drunk whole milk since I was 2, so all together this would be quite a meal for me. Each of these items is no problem to eat in 2 minutes, but when you stack them all together it ceases to be a joy to eat (at least for me). I could do it once, but if this is supposed to be an every day affair as part of a pill regimen, I wouldn't love it.
