GitLab is a member of Remote Hunt and they added their locations themselves, but yes — it was some time ago. I’ll ask them to review at some point maybe.
But for companies like GitLab it’s quite hard to keep it updated. So many locations!
Maybe look into integration with hiring management systems. Workable (best for smaller companies based on price) and greenhouse represent most of the market iirc.
