Generally, the 2.4Ghz problem affects everyone and everything. 11 channels, only 3 usable without overlap, that's before you consider other peoples' routers AND other unlicensed equipment on the same spectrum that isn't even wifi... I have had issues with my smart switches not responding at certain times of the day because of the interference... and what i described before still remains: 5Ghz doesn't have as nice of a range and I'm not exactly up for the idea of chucking out what I have just to buy it again for 5Ghz or 6E.
