Going to be easier to buy a 5ghz usb than fix someone elses flooding.

Or sometimes even nicer with replacement of PCIe/M.2 WiFi card.

And not all IoT is 5ghz. The spectrum is free to use, so I'm incredibly unsympathetic to him.

True. Replacing the wireless card with a modern wifi 6 card is trivial and not particularly expensive either though.
