When I read that the global baseline device is still based on a Cortex-A53, it occurred to me that the Raspberry Pi 3 might be a reasonably good proxy for that, for those of us who really prefer to test on a desktop. But then I guess I should be routinely testing on a phone, to feel the users' pain.
