This is an eternal struggle in design but it bothers me that the highlighted designs look so boring or cheap.

his weather app adds toys and thats about it, and its min $15 a year to even use those...

collector skins? $70 a year for weather and a calculator?

pass.. sorry. they look nice but i'll stick with the boring apps for this kind of functionality.
