For those curious this is about https://netblocks.org that are frequently quoted here and in the media when it comes to censorship and internet connectivity issues.
It seems like they are doing so without user consent and making up their data?
It gets worse.. they've also attacked any researcher who has asked questions about their methodology, ethics, and data. I know because I was one of them. Very shady and toxic group.
