Unless you move out the areas where the tech companies are at(which is generally in dense cities).
It feels like a cheat code to retirement.

I prefer flutter to react any day of the week, but react literally change the game for front end programming. Angular was hard to use, and while I've never been a great react programmer it's relatively easy to get started with
